Executive Chef · Indaco Restaurant
"Ancient tales of sailors and fishermen, colorful boats sailing the island's sea, which at dusk turns indigo: my mission is to tell the soul of Ischia through cuisine."
Born on the beautiful island of Ischia in 1978, Pasquale Palamaro transformed his passion for cooking into a vocation. His career at the Albergo della Regina Isabella is marked by collaborations with the most illustrious names in Italian and international gastronomy.
In 2009, with the opening of Ristorante Indaco, he brought to life an ambitious project: creating a destination cuisine, not a transit one. A cuisine that tells the story of the territory through refined and creative dishes, predominantly seafood.
In 2013 came the most coveted recognition: the Michelin Star, which he has never lost since, becoming the sixth star of the Albergo della Regina Isabella.

A gourmet answer for the most demanding palates, in a unique seaside location
Ristorante Indaco was born in 2009 from an ambitious idea: to create not a transit restaurant, but a destination one. Located at the far end of the Hotel Regina Isabella, it overlooks a small private bay with breathtaking views.
The name derives from the color the waters take on at dusk: indigo. A magical moment when the sun sets behind and the sea ahead lights up with wonderful shades.
The cuisine, predominantly seafood, uses products from the island's territory and the private garden, cultivated with passion by the staff.
